RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your minis as much as we do! If something’s not quite right with your order, let’s talk. We offer returns on eligible items within 10 days of delivery.

Miniette accepts returns on items that are unused, in their original condition, and (when applicable) in original, unopened packaging or with tags intact.

To start a return, email us at hello@miniette.com with your order number and the word “Return” in the subject line. Please include a brief note about the reason for your return—we’re happy to help resolve any issues!

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, feel free to include photos in your message.


Sale Items

All sale items and items purchased with a discount code are final sale and not eligible for return.


Returns & Refunds

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Be sure to include the original packaging (if applicable) and proof of purchase (such as your order number or invoice).

Please allow 5–10 business days for us to process your return once it arrives. You’ll receive an email once your refund has been issued. Refunds will be made to your original form of payment, excluding original shipping charges and any applicable taxes or fees.

If a returned item doesn’t meet the criteria above, we may not be able to issue a refund and the item may be sent back to you.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. Miniette is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mishandled return shipments.


Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe there’s a defect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with a description and photo. We’ll do our best to make it right.
